We first purchased a ram in 1991 to cross with surplus Border Leicesters. However, a few weeks later we purchased 7 females.
In 2002 we purchased another 7 ewes and in 2003 we bought a ewe at Colin and Kate Ponting's sale.
We now have 180 breeding ewes.
